Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by 3win8, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3win8 platform.

3win8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform and/or registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration and Account Management

Each player is only allowed one personal account at 3win8. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information. 3win8 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time, including:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement)
• Registered payment method information
• Any other documents deemed necessary by the compliance team

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure. 3win8 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from player negligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 3win8 platform are processed using approved payment methods. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM30 and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. There is no difference in minimum limits based on payment method — this requirement is uniform across all options.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the time of request and internal review process. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take longer.

3win8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while a review is in progress if suspicious activity is detected or if identity verification has not been completed. Any funds obtained through fraud or illegal activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

3win8 offers various promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM200 bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 which must be met first. For a deposit of RM1,600, the maximum bonus is RM1,500 bringing the balance to RM3,100 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account
• Wagering must be placed on eligible odds or games as specified in the relevant promotion terms
• 3win8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of abuse

VIP Programme and Cashback

The 3win8 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering different weekly cashback benefits. Players move up tiers based on wagering activity and loyalty to the platform.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the set period and credited directly to the player's account. Specific terms for each VIP tier are subject to change and affected players will be notified.

Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games available on the 3win8 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports — are subject to their individual rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

For sports betting, bet outcomes will be determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body. If an event is cancelled, postponed or not completed within the set timeframe, 3win8 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with the applicable sports rules.

3win8 reserves the right to void any bet considered to have been placed due to a technical error, incorrectly published odds or any unusual circumstance that affects the integrity of the bet.

Account Closure and Suspension

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 3win8 customer support team. Any valid net balance will be returned to the player once the review process is complete.

3win8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity fraud or provision of false information
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Hacking, software modification or deliberate technical interference
• Any activity that violates applicable law
• Instructions from a competent authority
